About Barefoot Yoga and Massage Studio

Barefoot Yoga and Massage is a modern studio offering a variety of yoga classes and therapeutic massage services.  The studio serves the communities of Glen Mills, West Chester, Chadds Ford, Media, Aston and other municipalities in Delaware County and Chester County as well as Wilmington, Delaware.  

Through yoga and bodywork, the Studio is a place to be yourself and to release the expectations of what you "should" be. In the yoga classes, the emphasis is on progress not perfection. It's your yoga practice. It's not about whether you can force your body into advanced postures, but about the conversation that occurs between your mind and your body, and about loving yourself for who you are right now. The massages that are offered at the Studio are designed to relax, restore, and nurture through the art of touch.
